Duration:         6 Months
Shift:                Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Training:          1st Shift, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, for up to approximately 3 months

Description:

Job Summary

Entry-level machine operator position in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. The role involves operating and setting up various manufacturing machines, performing basic adjustments and maintenance, inspecting finished products, and following established quality and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment.
  • Set up machines and perform basic adjustments.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment checks.
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify size and quality.
  • Report machine problems or abnormalities.
  • Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Support manufacturing activities including assembly, processing, packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage.
  • Monitor materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) material handling procedures.
  • Work with chemical solutions such as acid, alcohol, and detergent.
  • Complete daily paper and electronic batch records.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure accurate system documentation.
  • Learn and follow established equipment operating procedures.
