What You’ll Do

  • Develop new business and grow existing accounts for our clients

  • Learn the psychology behind our marketing & sales strategies as well as how we structure our campaigns for our clients

  • Assist with the hiring, training and developmental process of our sales & marketing representatives

  • Work side by side with our experienced management team in order to learn the day to day operations of the role

  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding

  • Help motivate and drive the sales goals, compliance and productivity of the sales and marketing team
