Day in the Life of a Human Resources Associate 

  • Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes to support one or more of the areas on our Total Rewards team (compensation and analytics, benefits, HR operations and compliance) in compliance with state and federal regulations 

  • Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Textron Systems and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions 

  • Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs 

  • Use data to make informed decisions 

  • Always maintain confidentiality and discretion

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or related field required 

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
