We're now seeking a highly skilled OSINT Collector (WMD Focused) to join our dynamic team and drive specialized Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection efforts. We're looking for a talented professional to play a key role in conducting OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements specifically related to the proliferation and development of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). As an OSINT Collector, you will be responsible for creating specialized collection plans, drafting Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supporting OSINT analytic production requirements. Responsibilities: * Conducts intermediate OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools on foreign sources to identify patterns and provide intelligence requirements.
* Performs targeted open-source collection and reporting production specifically focused on CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosives) types of WMD.
* Creates specialized collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production requirements.
* Contributes to OSIR quality reviews by providing language-based insights and subject matter expertise.
* Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Intelligence Community Experience required
* 8 years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, and analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
* Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
* Must be language-enabled (Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, OR as required)
* Must be able to pass (within 12 months) and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test (normally 2,2,1 for Mids and 3,3,2 for Seniors)
* English comprehension - must Read and Listen at a 3+ level, and Write at a 3 or higher (on the ILR scale)
* Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (e.g., Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)) Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or Goverment offerings desired Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
