Job description

Looking for a hands-on oilfield role where you can work outdoors, travel, and build real technical skills? EnerStar Solutions is hiring Field Technicians to support rig moves, site setups, and equipment repairs across active job sites.


No two days are the same. If you have mechanical ability, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, we will train the right candidate.


What You Will Do

  • Support rig moves, site setup, and releases
  • Perform equipment repair and basic maintenance (plumbing, electrical, general mechanical)
  • Complete preventive maintenance and job site repairs
  • Work directly with supervisors and clients on-site
  • Maintain accurate service tickets and obtain job sign-off
  • Follow all safety and PPE requirements


What We Are Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (oilfield, maintenance, construction, or similar)
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends as needed
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety mindset
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work daily


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Oilfield or field service experience
  • Basic carpentry, electrical, or maintenance skills
  • Experience using mobile work orders or field software
