Job Description - Floorhand (Entry-Level) 

As a Floorhand, you'll play a key role in rig operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of physically demanding tasks on the rig, including: 

  • Operating manual tongs and slips to connect/disconnect tubulars 
  • Assisting in rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization 
  • Supporting the rig crew in daily drilling activities 
  • Participating in safety procedures and identifying potential hazards 
  • Attending training and development programs to enhance your skills 

What We Need From You: 

  • 2+ years of recent outdoor heavy labour experience (or oil rig experience preferred) 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 
  • Able to pass drug and fitness assessments 
  • Physically fit - capable of lifting up to 75 lbs 
  • Commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures
