We are seeking a dedicated Lease Operator for night shifts to join our team in the Hobbs/Jal region. This is more than just a job-it's a chance to be part of a dynamic team that values safety, efficiency, and excellence. With a potential transition to direct employment, this 12-month+ contract offers growth and stability in a vital industry.
What You'll Need:
  • Proven experience in lease operations or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of equipment and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and handle night shifts comfortably
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and teamwork attitude

Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in oil & gas lease facilities in the Hobbs, Jal, Carlsbad, or Lovington areas
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental standards
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Preferred Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
  • Previous lease operator experience, ideally 1-3 years

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work on a 7 days on / 7 days off night rotation
  • Willingness to travel within the region if needed
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
