CDA Precast LLC is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Entry-Level Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors, helping provide a welcoming and professional experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning new skills in a fast-paced office environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greet and assist customers, vendors, drivers, and visitors
  • Help customers with will-call orders, including checking orders and directing customers to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with customer questions and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Communicate with production, sales, dispatch, and other departments as needed
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming front office
  • Assist with basic data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Assist with scheduling and other general office duties
  • Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with customers and employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Comfortable answering phones and working with customers
  • Computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets
