HIRING SCHEDULE:
  • Sunday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Monday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Wednesday: OFF
  • Thursday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Saturday: OFF

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
  • Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures and managing lab case/deliveries
  • Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
  • Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
  • Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
  • Answering phones promptly and responding to messages
  • Managing scheduled - scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Entering new patient records and updating ledgers with precision (Denticon)
  • Perform various office tasks as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting and NJ Radiology certification a plus but not required!
  • Open to applicants on the pathway to obtaining their certifications.
  • Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
  • A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
