Description CAN BE ENTRY LEVEL

seeking a motivated and safety-focused Safety Coordinator to join its Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) team. This position is designed for an early-career professional interested in developing a long-term career in industrial safety, environmental compliance, and energy infrastructure operations.

The Safety Coordinator will support the implementation of company safety programs, assist with regulatory compliance initiatives, and work alongside experienced HSE professionals to promote a culture of safety across office and field operations. This position will be based at the company's headquarters in Allen, TX and report to the Director of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.

Recent graduates and candidates with 0-3 years of safety experience are encouraged to apply.

Internship, co-op, military, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, utility, or industrial safety experience is a plus.

Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
