As a remote member of our outpatient office team, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with colleagues through various digital platforms. Our team utilizes telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive consistent support regardless of their location. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a thorough understanding of clients' mental health concerns, accurately diagnosing conditions to inform treatment planning.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities that are tailored to their unique challenges and objectives.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to empower clients and foster supportive relationships.
• Respond to crisis situations by offering immediate support and interventions during acute mental health crises.
• Document client progress meticulously while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing digital record-keeping systems.
• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health, available resources, and treatment options, acting as a strong advocate for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to remain current with best practices in the field.

At Primacare, you will serve a varied clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is essential.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a strong ability to create effective treatment plans.
• At least two years of relevant post-graduate work experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Previous experience working with diverse client populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic interventions is advantageous but not required for entry-level positions.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, reflective of your experience and expertise.
