Responsibilities
What You'll Do
โ€ข Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, legitimation, contempt, modifications, and other family law matters
โ€ข Appear in court for hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
โ€ข Manage a caseload from initial consultation through final resolution with mentorship and support
โ€ข Develop case strategy designed to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
โ€ข Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and trial materials
โ€ข Work closely with experienced paralegals and legal assistants to move cases efficiently
โ€ข Build trusted relationships with clients while providing strategic legal counsel
โ€ข Participate in litigation strategy sessions and collaborative case planning
