Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Generate sales leads and create potential business opportunities for the company
  • Attend regular training sessions for our Customer Service Representatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
