Job description

Bluesky is partnering with a very good client of ours to fill their Credit Administrator role. This is a entry-level Credit role that offers room for growth in the Credit and Accounts Receivable departments.

This is a Direct hire role.

Credit Administrator – Hybrid, one day a week remote

Duties:

  • Making copies and pulling back up documentation for customer’s requests
  • Pulling / prepping files for attorney / credit manager
  • Log credit apps on log file
  • Create cover sheets for credit applications
  • Prepare and send references, pull reports and prepare applications for credit approval
  • Prepare and send approval/declined letters for applications
  • Scanning documents into Onbase
  • Assist with credit lines and inbound calls from customers
  • Assist with lien waivers
  • Enter notice information on the CDI website

Requirements:

  • One or more years of Credit or AR Experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented (be able to catch mistakes and review documents with detail), reliable, driven
  • Interact well with external customers
  • Energetic, forward-thinking, self-directed, possessing professional image
  • Strong initiative and follow-up
  • Strong ability to multitask in a high volume fast paced environment.
  • High level of computer literacy is required with particular emphasis on:
    • Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
    • Knowledge of OnBase software helpful
