Entry Level Mortgage Customer Service
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established financial services company near Tempe, is seeking an Entry-Level Mortgage Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is eager to learn the mortgage servicing industry and build a long-term career. The schedule is fully onsite, Monday-Friday and starts off at 20/hr.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for borrowers, providing exceptional customer service over the phone and via email.
  • Respond to questions regarding mortgage accounts, payments, escrow, and loan servicing.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Process account updates and accurately document customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and mortgage servicing regulations.
  • Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or call center experience required.
  • Mortgage, banking, lending, escrow, or financial services experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
