Overview
Our Temporary Non-Clinical Support Staff Position offers the opportunity to work within a 30-mile radius of Northside Hospital Atlanta in Sandy Springs. Please note: most current openings are located north of Northside Atlanta.
Choice+ Practice serves more than 200 physician practices throughout the metro Atlanta area.You'll have the chance to float across different areas, gain new experiences, and buildrelationships with Northside teams and leaders.
You'll explore new specialties and environments and learn how to smoothly transition between locations and assignments. You may even find a permanent opportunity with a team that you really like and want to grow with. To qualify, you must be:
  • Available to float within a 30-mile radius of Northside Hospital Atlanta.
  • Willing to adjust to different practice hours and staffing needs across your assignments.
  • Committed to excellence in customer care when working with patients, families and physician practice team members.

Responsibilities
Performs general and/or specialized clerical and secretarial duties which support the daily operation of a department. Assignments are characterized by the application of specific policies and procedures in conjunction with knowledge about department operation.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
  1. Entry level position, no education or experience required

PREFERRED
  1. Post high school education.
  2. Prior health care experience.
  3. Successful completion of course in Medical Terminology (depending on amount of medical transcription required for assigned area).
  4. One year customer service experience
  5. Good communication skills.
  6. Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  7. Level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) varies by department, see requisition for requirements.
