Job description

We are hiring General Laborers, Entry Level (No Experience Required) on the night shift in Socorro, TX for a high-volume recycling and manufacturing operation! This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your career in a clean, climate-controlled facility with full hands-on training provided.


Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Socorro, TX 79927


Available Shifts

  • Night Shift Only


What You’ll Do

  • Collect, sort, and process recyclable materials across production areas
  • Operate basic material handling machinery such as balers, compactors, and pallet jacks
  • Maintain detailed tracking logs and basic inventory control of materials
  • Keep work areas organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for timely material pickup


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be US Work Authorized (US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or authorized to work in the US)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or material handling
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)
  • Basic computer skills for tracking logs and data entry
