We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused primarily on clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy helping customers while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and support in both English and Spanish
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and general clerical duties
  • Prepare and organize documents and correspondence
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
