Job description

Junior Marketing Data Analyst

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Up to $3,000 incentive for joining our company!

Overview:

The objective of the Marketing Data Analytics (MDA) team is to provide quality information to the business for decision-making, assist in identifying areas of improvement in marketing, and find opportunities that will help with the company’s overall goals.

In this entry level position, we are looking for someone who can help us with building reports and dashboards that are aimed to help our marketing teams. This person should be highly analytical, a problem-solver, has great attention to detail, and can also communicate well to summarize data findings. In addition, this person will need to learn new skills and must be adept at familiarizing with new processes, while joining a team mindset of innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to relevant marketing teams.
  • Support current marketing campaigns (digital, direct mail, TV) through reporting.
  • Handle and prioritize ad-hoc data requests from the marketing teams.
  • Document new reports and processes.
  • Provide support to new project initiatives managed by the Marketing Data Analytics department.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experienced in data analysis or marketing analytics preferred but not required.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
