Job Summary: As an Entry-Level Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a critical role in the growth of our business by identifying and nurturing potential leads and creating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). You'll work closely with the Sales Team to bridge Lead Gen and sales efforts, ensuring leads are effectively transitioned into sales opportunities. This role requires proactive outreach, CRM management, and participation in networking events to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Conduct outreach to identify potential leads through various channels, including email, social media, and industry research.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry networking events and conferences to connect with potential clients and generate leads.
• Internal Events: Participate in and support events hosted by the company to promote brand awareness and engage with prospective clients.
• Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and personalized communication.
• Collaboration with Sales: Transition Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Sales Team, join sales calls, and provide context for leads to ensure a seamless handoff.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on lead generation metrics to continuously improve outreach strategies.
• CRM Management: Keep all lead information, activities, and progress accurately documented in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
