Job Overview: Entry Level Courier

We are seeking reliable and motivated Entry Level Couriers to support our growing operations. As a Courier, you will represent Virtucom by transporting devices, documents, and equipment between clients and our facilities. You will play a vital role in ensuring the timely, secure, and professional handling of technology critical to K-12 education.



No prior courier experience is required — only a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer service and reliability.

Requirements:Responsibilities:
  • Pick up warrantied devices from clients and return them to Virtucom in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verify and document device contents, ensuring items are properly labeled and secured for transport.
  • Safely load, unload, sort, and organize deliveries.
  • Operate company-supplied cargo vans responsibly, following all traffic laws and safety procedures.
  • Use navigation systems to plan and execute efficient delivery routes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries using company tools.
  • Communicate promptly with dispatchers, fleet managers, and teammates to ensure on-time completion of assignments.
  • Report any issues, delays, or mechanical concerns immediately to the appropriate team members.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, data security, and confidentiality.
  • Deliver professional, courteous service when interacting with clients and school staff.
  • On days where there are no courier services, you are expected to assist other units within the department.


Job Requirements:

  • Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift or move heavy product(s) up to 50-75 lbs while using dollies/bins.
  • Understanding of web-based applications and adaptability to software updates.
  • Basic computers and networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows operating systems/Google Suite of applications/Android OS
  • Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Document all service requests as per company guidelines.
  • Knowledge of commonly used tech support concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong customer, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Sense of urgency to resolve tasks/projects, meet or exceed service level agreements (SLA), and must possess good communication and customer satisfaction skills.
  • High level of time management


Pre Hire Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, delivery, or operational experience.
  • Familiarity with basic technology support practices.
