  • Investigate and Solve: Dive into safety incidents and customer complaints to figure out what happened and how to fix it

  • Audit and Assess: Conduct routine walk-throughs and audits of our health and safety protocols to ensure everything is running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related science field

  • Eye for Detail: Hands-on experience or coursework in spotting workplace hazards, running safety inspections, and understanding regulations

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Participation in accident or near-miss investigations (internship experience counts!) to find root causes and suggest smart solutions

  • Risk Evaluation: Exposure to performing health and safety risk assessments or participating in audits

  • Communication Champ: Experience writing clear instructions, documentation, or project improvements

Why You'll Love It Here:

  • Massive Network: Connect with and learn from a huge, diverse community of EHS professionals

  • Growth-Centric: Coachable- We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We are looking for potential and a drive to learn

  • Impact: Work directly ensures that everyone goes home safely at the end of the day

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a safety related field (Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Safety, Toxicology, Bio-Engineering, Public Health, etc.)

  • Experience working with risk management, regulatory and compliance topics

  • Experience performing health and safety risk assessments, developing and managing safety programs, and performing audits

  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Graduate Safety Professional, Associate Safety Professional, Certified Safety Professional, or Certified Industrial Hygienist certification
