Job Purpose
This entry-level position is all about engaging directly with residents within our community and fostering connections that drive sales. This role is about sales and building relationships.
This is a commission - base pay position, responsible for selling products and services at our sales kiosks, community events, and retail partner stores.
Essential Functions
  • Provide a high level of quality service, excel in needs assessment and consultative selling, and have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the Company.
  • Educate residents about the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Represent the company at sales kiosks, industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and visibility within the community.
  • Build and maintain a network of loyal customers within the community through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and resident interactions using our CRM system.
  • Continuously seek out ways to enhance the resident experience and drive sales growth.

Education
Four years of High School or equivalent
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in direct sales, customer service, or community outreach is advantageous but not required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
  • Access to reliable transportation for traveling within the community.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Experience
1 to 3 years in a related field

Hourly Pay + (plus uncapped commissions)
