LaSalle Network is hiring for a Part Time Training Specialist with a leading ad-tech organization known for delivering high-quality, instructor-led customer training that enables users to effectively adopt and use SaaS products.
The Part Time Training Specialist role offers a flexible, remote work environment and focuses on foundational to fully proficient training delivery while building product knowledge and instructional skill. This is an exciting opportunity for trainers eager to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative setting.
Responsibilities
  • Independently deliver virtual, instructor-led training on company products
  • Plan, run, and follow up on training sessions in line with established SOPs
  • Earn and maintain certification across 1-3 products or systems
  • Drive strong learner satisfaction (NPS) and incorporate feedback into future sessions
  • Stay up to date on product changes and enhancements

Qualifications
  • Prior training experience preferred (technical training experience a plus, but any training background considered)
  • Flexible on professional background - teaching, EL instruction, or similar experience welcome
  • Comfortable operating in a professional environment
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting in front of audiences
  • Outgoing, engaging presence
