Location: all Locations  | Position Types: Full-Time, All Shifts Available
Wage Scale: $20.00 – $45.00 / hour (Starting rate set dynamically based on trade school
background, technical credentials, and verified experience)

We are seeking Multicraft Maintenance Technicians at all stages of their careers to join our
safety-first maintenance team. Whether you are just beginning with a strong safety mindset and
basic hand tool familiarity, or you are a seasoned expert in industrial equipment repair,

1. Multicraft Maintenance Apprentice | $20.00+ / hr
 The Role: Learn the fundamentals of safe machinery repair. You will shadow senior
technicians to master Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, support routine lubrication and
filtration routes to ensure a clean work environment, identify visible equipment wear, and
assist with general mechanical fixes.
 Requirements: High School Diploma/GED or current enrollment in an industrial trade
school program. Strong mechanical aptitude (automotive, agricultural, or assembly
background) and a strict, uncompromised commitment to plant safety rules.
2. Multicraft Maintenance Technician 1 | $23.00+ / hr
 The Role: Handle daily component replacements and routine equipment troubleshooting
independently following strict safety standards. This includes replacing failed barrel heater
bands, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic fluid valves to eliminate leaks, updating 480V
electrical components, and auditing machine safeties during scheduled PM routes.

 Requirements: 1-year trade school certificate + 1 year of industrial maintenance
experience, OR 3 years of pure field maintenance experience.
3. Multicraft Maintenance Technician 2 | $27.00+ / hr
 The Role: You will troubleshoot automated production lines via input/output signal tracking,
rebuild mechanical equipment, and maintain a variety of plastic/rubber processing
equipment.
 Requirements: 2-year Industrial Associate Degree/Trade School program + 3 years of
multicraft experience, OR 6+ years of documented field experience + passing our practical
skills assessment.
4. Master Multicraft Maintenance Technician 1 | $31.00+ / hr
 The Role: Provide high-level troubleshooting leadership and safety system integrity checks.
You will lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations on chronic machine failures or near-
misses. Champion safety programs a machine safety requirements. You will lead and
mentor apprentices.
 Requirements: Verified 2+ year advanced technical trade credential/degree + at least 6
years of industrial maintenance experience, Proven OSHA, machine guarding, or advanced
technical safety knowledge.
5. Master Multicraft Maintenance Technician 2 | $35.00- $45.00 / hr
 The Role: Act as the ultimate technical authority on processing equipment reliability, energy
stewardship, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee the plants Infrared Thermography
predictive program to catch energy-wasting hot spots or electrical faults before failure,
resolve complex plant network errors, and coordinate machine modifications with
engineering to optimize energy efficiency and operator ergonomics.
 Requirements: Advanced Trade School Degree + 8 years of advanced troubleshooting
experience, OR 12+ years of exceptional field experience.
