Position Overview:
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the corporate organization by driving a strong, consistent candidate and associate experience across the full lifecycle-from attraction and hiring through onboarding and engagement.
This role will support talent acquisition for entry-level corporate roles, employment branding, associate engagement & culture, onboarding, and other key HRBP support functions. In addition, this role contributes to broader talent acquisition strategy across the enterprise, helping influence how we attract and retain top talent across both corporate and field environments.
As a trusted partner to leaders and teams, the HR Generalist will build relationships, drive execution, and ensure a positive, people-first experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Functions:
HRBP & Operational Support
  • Support HRBP with day-to-day needs across the corporate organization
  • Conduct exit interviews and help identify themes and insights
  • Support with creating & maintaining consistent HR standard operating procedures & playbooks to establish clear best practices
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects, reporting, and administrative tasks

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level corporate roles, ensuring a high-quality, efficient hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define success profiles, and move roles forward with urgency
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communication throughout the hiring process
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience aligned to a People First culture
  • Coordinate and participate in campus recruiting efforts, career fairs, and early talent initiatives
  • Help build relationships with colleges, universities, and early talent pipelines
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate pipelines, hiring processes, and early tenure retention for field roles

Employment Branding
  • Support employment branding efforts, including LinkedIn content, storytelling, and social presence
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring the brand, culture, and opportunities to life externally

Onboarding & New Hire Experience
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience
  • Partner with HRBP and leaders to coordinate Day 1 readiness and early associate connection
  • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding and early tenure experiences

Associate Engagement & Culture
  • Support Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) and key culture initiatives
  • Assist with engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
  • Help reinforce a connected, inclusive, and high-trust environment

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interacting with leaders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partner across teams
  • High level of initiative, energy, and eagerness to learn and grow
  • Experience with recruiting tools, LinkedIn, or HR systems preferred

Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.
