About the Role
SERHANT. Studios is seeking a full-time Video Editor to support the company's growing slate of brand, marketing, and original content initiatives. This role will primarily focus on editing company brand videos, campaign content, executive messaging, social campaigns, and storytelling-driven marketing assets that support the broader SERHANT. brand.
In addition to brand-focused work, this editor will also support select luxury real estate marketing projects and agent-facing content initiatives as needed.
The ideal candidate has a strong editorial eye, understands modern digital storytelling, and can craft polished, engaging content across multiple platforms while working efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
  • Edit company brand videos, campaign launches, executive messaging, social campaigns, and marketing content
  • Support storytelling-driven content initiatives across digital, social, web, and internal company channels
  • Edit polished short-form and long-form content with strong pacing, music selection, sound design, and visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with producers, videographers, social teams, and creative leadership throughout the post-production process
  • Create platform-specific edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
  • Support select luxury real estate and agent marketing video projects as needed
  • Incorporate graphics, titles, and light motion design elements where appropriate
  • Color correct footage, mix audio, and prepare final exports for delivery
  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, revisions, and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain organized project files, media workflows, and post-production systems
  • Contribute creative ideas and stay current on evolving editing styles, storytelling trends, and social content formats

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional video editing experience within a production company, agency, media brand, or in-house creative team
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, music selection, sound design, and social-first editing styles
  • Experience editing branded content, marketing campaigns, or company storytelling content preferred
  • Experience with luxury, lifestyle, real estate, or creator-driven content is a plus
  • Familiarity with collaborative review platforms such as Frame.io preferred
  • The ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $70,000.00 USD.
Your Location
This position is on site at 372 West Broadway New York, New York 10012. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States.
