The Role:
Responsible for serving all guests in a professional and friendly manner with an emphasis on knowledgeably selling our products to maximize retail revenue. Must show enthusiasm and motivation to sell, maintain store standards and communicate with team.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet all guests in store and anticipate, determine and respond to guests' needs
  • Encourage guests to look throughout the store and suggestive sell
  • Thank and invite each guest to return
  • Knowledge of restaurant and music hall for inquisitive guests
  • Maintain cleanliness of store by organizing and cleaning cash wrap area, stocking and folding merchandise, including lifting/moving of boxes and maintaining daily, weekly and period end inventory counts
  • Ensure line of sight and store safety
  • Ensure all merchandise inventory levels are at par, write up pull list for shift and make sure displays are neat and orderly
  • Responsible for cash handling, including credit card, traveler's check, and gift card transactions
  • Completely and accurately cash out
  • Register and Point of Sale proficiency

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Working knowledge of cash handling, register skills, salesmanship, guest relations, calculator skills and cash outs
  • Entry level knowledge of Restaurant/Music Hall operations, Retail/merchandising procedures
  • Skills in communication, selling, accuracy with numbers, counting inventory
  • Ability to educate and sell to guests with a soft touch, interact with guest in a friendly, enthusiastic and helpful manner
  • Evaluated on appearance, punctuality/attendance, attitude/teamwork, opening and closing duties, job skills/knowledge/productivity, adherence to policy, sanitation and safety, guest satisfaction and communications
  • Special requirements (Licenses, certificates, professional, etc.) High School Diploma

Physical Demands/Working Environment:
  • Working environment is fast-paced
  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 40 lbs using proper lifting techniques
