As an Inspector at Village Realty you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vacation rental properties are maintained to the highest standards for our guests and property owners. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help create exceptional experiences for our guests while supporting our commitment to quality and excellence
Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
โ€ข Commuting to and from properties in your respective territory. Travel efficiently between assigned properties to conduct regular inspections and ensure timely responses to any issues that arise.
โ€ข Performing inspections for cleaning and maintenance issues. This involves ensuring that the property is clean to a high standard, checking for any broken items, verifying that inventory is stocked, and confirming that appliances and other electronics are working properly before the next guest arrives.
โ€ข Performing small maintenance repairs. Execute minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, or addressing other minor issues to maintain the property's functionality and aesthetics.
โ€ข Reporting large maintenance issues. Identify and document significant maintenance concerns that require professional attention. Communicate these issues promptly to the appropriate maintenance personnel or contractors to ensure timely resolution.
โ€ข Preparing properties for guest and owner arrivals. Ensure that each property is guest-ready by overseeing the cleaning process, restocking supplies, and performing final walkthroughs to guarantee that everything is in order before check-in.
