The Contract Property Inspectors - Commercial is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of various commercial properties including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, mixed-use developments, hospitality venues, multifamily residences, self-storage units, and assisted living facilities. Reporting to the Senior Engineers on staff, this role requires frequent travel to inspect multiple sites using specialized tools and mobile inspection applications to ensure accurate and comprehensive property condition assessments.

Responsibilities
