Role Description The Entry Level Billing Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Hartford, CT. This role is responsible for accurately processing invoices, posting payments, and updating customer and account records in the dealershipโ€™s billing systems. The Billing Clerk will review documentation for completeness, reconcile billing discrepancies, and assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks. Daily activities include communicating with internal departments to clarify billing details, handling customer inquiries related to billing, and ensuring that records are organized and maintained for reporting and audit purposes.
