Are you seeking consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time from a driving career based in Montgomery, AL? 365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations across the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) and is hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals from the Montgomery area. We offer 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits to support drivers on the road and at home.

  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
    • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
    • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), layover pay, and breakdown compensation.
    • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).
    • Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days of employment.

    • Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes operating east of I-35.

  • Qualifications & Requirements
    • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
    • Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and an active DOT Medical Card.
    • Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
    • Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor and full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 are provided.
