What You'll Do

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you'll guide buyers through one of the biggest decisions of their lives and be their go-to resource from first model home visit to move-in day. No two days are the same, but every day centers around relationships, growth, and results. Specifically, you will:

  • Welcome and engage visitors at our Nashville model home gallery or surrounding communities.
  • Learn and deliver a proven sales process.
  • Help buyers select homesites, floor plans, and design options.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM tools.
  • Stay connected with buyers throughout construction.
  • Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Work alongside construction and leadership teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Proactively generate new business by pursuing marketing initiatives, networking within the Nashville community, and cultivating referral partnerships with Realtors and past clients.

We're open to candidates both inside and outside of the new home sales industry. Prior sales, real estate, or business development experience is helpful, but not required. You may be a great fit if you are:

  • Naturally relational and confident meeting new people.
  • Motivated by performance and income growth.
  • Coachable and eager to follow a structured sales roadmap.
  • Organized and comfortable with technology.
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Willing to obtain a Tennessee real estate license within 30 days of employment, if not already held (course covered by Legacy South).

Schedule & Location
  • This is a full-time, onsite role that works from a model home in the Nashville metropolitan area.
  • The schedule is a 5-day workweek, including weekends, and team members have two consecutive days off (either Tuesday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday).
  • Model home hours Monday - Saturday are 11am-5pm, and 1pm-5pm on Sunday. Team members are expected to work beyond model hours, typically 9am-6pm, to have dedicated time for follow-up and business development.

  • 100% employer-paid individual health insurance.
  • This opportunity offers a draw + commission pay structure. Anticipated earning potential, contingent on individual and team performance, is $150K-$250K+.
  • Real estate license course covered by Legacy South, if an active real estate license in Tennessee is not already obtained.
