Warehouse Associate – Heavy Lift — Carrollton

Contract in Carrollton, TX · Entry Level · Operations · $16.00 – $19.00 / hr

**This is a 3-month contract-to-hire role with pay raise eligibility at 30, 60, & 90 days. This position requires mandatory overtime if requested. **

About Us: Located in Carrollton, Texas, Advanced Crypto Services specializes in maintenance, repair, and operations for bitcoin mining companies. We care about our team, we are a small company, and we are growing fast. We've been around since 2021 and we need ambitious & energetic people to join our team.

This is a physically demanding role. You will be moving heavy equipment continuously throughout the day. If you take pride in hard physical work and showing up every day, keep reading.

Compensation: Contractors start at $16 – $19 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be carrying miners (up to 50 lbs each) almost continuously throughout an 8-hour shift — this is the core of the job. We deal with these in the 1000's.
  • Loading and unloading trucks; moving, stacking, and wrapping pallets using a pallet jack.
  • Using RF scanners to track inventory and stock location.
  • Operating forklifts/powered industrial trucks to move inventory to and from racks (certification provided).
  • Working with power screwdrivers and impact drills to assemble and disassemble equipment.
  • Following safety protocols strictly — team lifts above 50 lbs, required PPE including steel-toed boots.

Qualifications:

  • Able to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout a full 8-hour shift
  • Punctual and dependable, able to show up on time every day
  • Common sense, critical thinking, and direct communication
  • Safety minded
  • 1–2 years of warehouse or forklift experience a plus
