What civilian jobs can I get as a 68W?

A 68W, or Combat Medic, can transition into civilian roles such as emergency medical technician (EMT), paramedic, medical assistant, or healthcare technician. These positions require knowledge of first aid, patient care, and medical procedures, often with additional certification or training. Skills in trauma care, teamwork, and operating medical equipment are highly valued in these careers.

What are entry level jobs in the military?

Entry level jobs in the military include roles such as infantryman, administrative specialist, or logistics support, which typically require a high school diploma or equivalent. These positions often involve basic training and may require passing physical and aptitude tests; they provide foundational skills and experience for future advancement.

What careers use simulations?

Entry Level Military Simulation careers involve using computer-based models and virtual environments to train personnel, plan operations, and test strategies. These roles often require knowledge of simulation software, programming, and understanding of military procedures, and are common in defense, aerospace, and training industries.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Entry Level Military Simulation Specialist, and why are they important?

To excel as an Entry Level Military Simulation Specialist, you generally need a background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with simulation software such as VBS3, Unity, or other modeling and simulation platforms, as well as basic programming or scripting knowledge, is often required. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability help individuals collaborate effectively and respond to evolving training needs. These skills are crucial for accurately developing, supporting, and executing realistic military training scenarios that enhance mission readiness.

What are entry level military simulation jobs?
