Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst is a key member of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) team, responsible for optimizing and standardizing processes that support Sales and Customer Service goals. This role partners with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, IT, and Logistics—to drive efficiency, manage customer master data, contracts, and incentive programs.

Acting as a subject matter expert for SAP, data governance, and related systems, the analyst provides guidance and support to ensure accurate, consistent customer account information and seamless operations across platforms. Responsible for ensuring that customer contract requirements are up to date and fulfilled.  

Qualifications

SKILLS:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP; experience with reporting, data queries, and business analytics.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, optimize workflows, and support system and business process integration.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams and present insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work collaboratively in team environments, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, improve data analysis, and support continuous operational improvement.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $94,000 - $98,000.  Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
