Accounting Staff

Position Summary

Psomagen, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our Accounting department.

This entry-level accounting position primarily focuses on Accounts Receivable operations and is structured as a growth-track role designed to expand into broader accounting and financial reporting responsibilities over time.

This position will be based in the Psomagen office in Rockville, Maryland.

Responsibilities
  • Issue and review invoices accurately
  • Manage accounts receivable and monitor aging
  • Verify and record incoming payments (check, ACH, credit card)
  • Prepare AR and revenue-related reports
  • Support monthly closing process
  • Assist with audit documentation
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for headquarters

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in Korean is required to collaborate with the Korea headquarters and to prepare regulatory disclosure materials.
