This role is entirely remote, providing clinicians with flexibility in their work schedule. Therapists can choose to manage a caseload ranging between 10 to 30 billable hours per week, adapting their hours to suit their personal and professional lives. All client interactions are conducted via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience, while still allowing for occasional in-person group sessions if desired.

• Conduct comprehensive outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, families, and groups.
• Engage in case management activities, which involve careful evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy services.
• Utilize telehealth technologies and electronic health records to deliver care efficiently and document client progress.
• Implement various evidence-based treatment techniques, adjusting approaches based on individual client needs and systemic considerations.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care around mental health and co-occurring disorders.
• Develop and execute therapeutic activities that include crisis intervention strategies and care coordination, particularly when managing urgent mental health situations.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to quality management initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations and ensure adherence to best practices in clinical delivery.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. • A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Kansas.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral-level education in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing psychotherapy services, showcasing proficiency in various therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate efficient therapy delivery and documentation.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly with clients facing dual-diagnosis.
• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based practices specific to family and marriage counseling.
• Skills in crisis management and intervention techniques.
