This role is designed for a remote setting, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining essential connections with our dedicated team. • Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to facilitate open communication and effective treatment.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific client concerns, taking into account their lifestyle, background, and preferences.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, ensuring an empathetic approach that aligns with therapeutic best practices.
• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to enhance outcomes and ensure patient satisfaction.

Your focus will encompass individuals, couples, and families, with an emphasis on treating a variety of mental health issues across different age groups. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to relate to individuals from various walks of life will be instrumental in providing effective therapy that fosters real change in their lives.

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy, showcasing the ability to handle various mental health issues.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are essential to manage your workload and attend to client needs efficiently.

• Experience with telehealth practices is preferred, allowing for seamless service delivery in a virtual environment.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, or EMDR.
• Relevant continuing education or certifications that enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
