  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans, conducting within state, and federal regulations, as well as following Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Deliver evidence- based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflict trauma, cbt, and more.
  • Encouraging a strong therapeutic engagement with clients, using various modalities, cognitive- behavioral, solution- focused and family tailored treatment plans to meet the individual needs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, daily notes, strict confidentiality and compliance, conducted within state, and federal regulations, as well as following Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with teams including, psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.

Skills Required:
  • LCSW, LMHC,ย  or LMFT.
  • Licensure in the state of Indiana.
  • Minimum ofย  1-5.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in evidence- based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills creating individualized treatment plans.
