Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time Telehealth Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an LMFT to provide remote therapy for clients who need support with family stress, couple concerns, communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, emotional regulation, and major life adjustments.
This role is designed for a therapist who values steady clinical work, clear expectations, and the ability to support clients without commuting to an office. You will provide therapy through secure video sessions and help clients build practical tools they can use outside of session.
Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
  • Build treatment plans that support client goals and relational progress
  • Help clients address conflict, communication struggles, stress, and emotional challenges
  • Track progress and update care plans as treatment continues
  • Keep clinical notes and records accurate and current
  • Follow Indiana licensing standards and ethical guidelines
  • Maintain a professional remote therapy environment

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
