Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) in Coral Springs, FL, USA

Seeking independent, self-driven clinicians to see clients on their schedule with an opportunity to transition to full-time as caseload grows :)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to join our team! This position invloves seeing clients part-time primarily in an office setting (Be prepared to commute to office in Coral Springs several days weekly). Seeing independent, organized, self-motivated clinicians. Our office handles initial appointment scheduling, billing, marketing; Weekly team meetings offer team support and structure.

Responsibilities: Conduct Biopsychosocial Evaluations, composed treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation of conducted sessions. Maintain caseload of clients of your preferred population and manage contact/scheduling of future sessions. Coordinate care with clients' additional medical providers.

Qualifications: Current Licensure Required. Proof of Current Liability Insurance Required. Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields. Familiarity with community mental health resources. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Certification in Evidenced-Based Treatment Modalities preferred. Preferred: Past experience and current passion for working with children (ages 10-17), couples, and families.
