Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Florida-licensed therapist to provide professional mental health services at our Lake Nona office in Orlando. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration, ethical practice, and client-centered care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions in accordance with professional standards.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Collaborate with internal team members to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Participate in periodic case reviews and professional development activities as required.

Required Qualifications

Active Florida license as one of the following:

LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)

LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

Ability to work on-site at our Lake Nona office (this is not a remote position).

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Must maintain professional liability insurance as required for independent contractors.

Preferred Qualifications
