We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn to create steady momentum in real estate through coaching, structure, and consistent daily activity while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, accountability, and a clear path toward building long-term consistency.


At Seller Door Real Estate and Finance, you will gain exposure to both real estate and lending within a connected business environment that helps you better understand the full client experience from initial conversations through closing. You will stay involved with open houses, lead follow-up, appointment coordination, and active transaction activity while learning inside systems built to support organization and productivity.


You will continue developing communication skills, improving client interactions, and learning how to manage opportunities with more confidence through repetition and real-world activity. With guidance from experienced agents, ongoing mentorship, and clear expectations in place, the focus is on helping you build strong habits, stay consistent, and continue growing within a fast-moving real estate setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and follow up on leads through proven systems
  • Work with buyers and sellers from initial consultation to close
  • Collaborate with the partnering lender to guide clients through financing options

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure top-tier service
  • Utilize CRM and marketing tools to stay organized and efficient
  • Attend team trainings, meetings, and accountability sessions
  • Contribute to a positive, productive team culture focused on results

Qualifications:
  • An active California real estate license is required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
