Familiarity with version control systems like Git, API development, and cloud platforms are commonly expected, and certifications in web development can be an asset. Strong problem-solving abilities, effective teamwork, and clear communication help you contribute effectively to collaborative projects. These skills ensure you can develop, test, and deploy web applications efficiently while adapting to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of tech environments.
An Entry Level MERN Stack Developer is a beginner-level software developer who works with the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. Their responsibilities typically include developing and maintaining web applications, working with databases, writing frontend and backend code, and debugging issues. They collaborate with senior developers, designers, and other team members to build scalable applications. Employers usually expect basic knowledge of JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git. This role is ideal for recent graduates or self-taught individuals looking to start a career in full-stack web development.
As an Entry Level MERN Stack Developer, you will typically work on building and maintaining web applications by developing both server-side and client-side features. You'll collaborate with experienced developers to design APIs, integrate user interfaces, debug code, and manage databases. Your day-to-day tasks may include writing reusable code, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting technical issues. Working within agile teams, you'll also learn best practices for software development and have opportunities to contribute to real-world products, helping you build valuable skills for future growth.

Cordova is seeking a proactive Software Engineer to join our client’s development team, focusing on the design and maintenance of high-quality software that serves both internal employees and external customers. This role is ideal for a developer who excels at both building custom features from scratch and configuring/customizing vendor-provided packaged software to meet specific user needs.
You will act as a key contributor to the digital ecosystem, ensuring that the code you write directly supports broader business objectives. We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset—someone who is as comfortable diving into a complex codebase as they are learning a new technology or framework to solve a business problem.
