Immediate Hiring: Entry-Level Production Workers

Pay: Competitive hourly wage

Location: Poulsbo, WA

About the Role

Join a fast-paced production team dedicated to crafting high-quality custom office furniture for major corporations. You’ll rotate through departments such as Wood Fabrication, Wood Assembly, Steel Fabrication, and Steel Assembly. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in machine operation, assembly, and general production tasks that contribute directly to our product excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and tools to produce and assemble office furniture
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace through regular cleaning duties
  • Lift and move heavy materials up to 50 pounds
  • Perform general production tasks including banding and assembly
  • Use hand and power tools for furniture construction
  • Support wood and steel fabrication and assembly processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to work efficiently in wood and steel fabrication and assembly
  • Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment
  • Physically able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift heavy objects
