Job description

The Non-Emergency Medical Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers, including those with medical needs, in a variety of vehicles such as vans, paratransit vehicles, school buses, limousines, and shuttles. This role requires adherence to traffic laws, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring passenger comfort and safety during all trips. Drivers often work individually or as part of a transportation team, under the supervision of a fleet manager, with frequent local and long-distance travel involved. Opportunities for advancement to senior driver roles are available within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate vehicles including paratransit vans, school buses, and shuttles
