The Job


We are currently recruiting an entry-level Logistics Sales Specialist to support customer relationships, shipment coordination, and day-to-day operations within a growing logistics environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced setting where no two days look exactly the same.


In this position, you will help coordinate freight movement, communicate with customers and transportation partners, and support the overall logistics process from start to finish. You'll gain hands-on experience in operations, customer relationship management, and business development while working closely with both internal teams and external partners. This is a strong opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in logistics, supply chain, sales, or business operations.


What You Will Be Doing as a Logistics Sales Specialist:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and customer outreach
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with new and existing customer accounts
  • Learn customer shipping needs and recommend transportation and logistics solutions
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and guide customers through the sales process

  • Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Resolve customer questions and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
