You are a listener, an educator and a gifted cultivator of new and exciting opportunities grounded in science.

In this role, you will confer with internal stakeholders and build new collaborative relationships with medical and scientific leaders, policymakers, and advocates. You'll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You will:

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs while developing a strong understanding of clinical practice as it relates to areas of interest.
  • Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement for appropriate assigned customer
  • Serve as the primary resource to provide support for addressing unsolicited medical questions and other scientific exchange matters.
  • Identify, gather, and document field generated scientific insights to drive innovative Medical Affairs strategies while complying with industry and corporate policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • PharmD or PhD, DNP, or MD required
  • 2 or more years' clinical experience anti-infective or urology experience
  • MSL or Medical Affairs experience preferred
  • Evidence of established, strong training/educator/presentation skills
  • Strong scientific and clinical acumen
  • Ability to quickly understand and translate complex scientific data and realize the potential impact of that data on clinical practice and potential research needs

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000-$187,500 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance
