Florida Medical Marijuana Physician — Orlando

Location: Orlando, FL — active local office required
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Part-Time / Flexible
Compensation: $30 per completed patient evaluation

We are seeking a Florida-qualified physician with an active Orlando office to evaluate patients seeking medical marijuana first-time certifications, physician transfers, renewals, and follow-up care.

We handle the marketing, patient acquisition, email communication, outreach, scheduling, and administrative coordination. You focus on clinical evaluation, patient care, and certification decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients for first-time Florida medical marijuana certifications, transfers, and renewals.
  • Maintain an active Orlando-area office for in-person patient visits when clinically appropriate or required.
  • Use independent clinical judgment to determine eligibility under Florida law.
  • Complete required MMUR certifications, orders, consents, and documentation.
  • Educate patients on responsible use, risks, benefits, and Florida requirements.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license.
  • Active physical office in Orlando or the surrounding area.
  • Registered, or eligible to register, as a Florida qualified physician in the MMUR.
  • Required Florida medical marijuana physician training and examination completed.
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.

The physician retains full clinical independence and is responsible for all patient-care and certification decisions.
