About the Entry-Level Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician Role
As an Entry-Level Mobile Diesel Mechanic/Technician, you'll be the expert our customers rely on to keep their fleets on the road. This field-based role is perfect for entry-level technicians or recent tech school grads who are looking for an opportunity to launch their career and expand their skill set. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and light repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers.
Geared up with your own, fully equipped company service truck and a supportive team that values your skill, drive and dedication, you'll tackle new challenges every day and take pride in delivering safe, reliable and efficient service that keeps America moving.
Where You'll Make an Impact
  • Perform onsite preventative maintenance, DOT inspections and light follow up repairs on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers in a mobile field environment.
  • Respond to dispatch requests for scheduled and unscheduled service or maintenance.
  • Put your expertise to work using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to get the job done right.
  • Stay productive and efficient, meeting or beating industry-standard repair times.
  • Work with trusted vendors to source parts and keep operations moving.
  • Take ownership of a company-issued service truck, perform maintenance and pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring safety compliance.
